03/23/2011 per Lynn Dunaway: I would NOT consider the new wells to be a ¿new¿ source. The new wells are in the same general area, use the alluvium in the Sangamon River valley and are within 10 feet of the same depth of the existing wells.
Not using yet but added per Springfield Region's email. Used same Lat/Long as TP02 because had to add something. JL
